Time and Attendance Deleted from TSUS Report

Summary
A new report has been added to display the Time and Attendance (T&A) records that have been deleted from the Time and Attendance Report Online Suspense Correction and Document Addition System (TSUS).

Implementation
A new report has been created to display the details of T&A transactions deleted from the T&A/TIME Suspense job. The report is available after each pass of TIME and is available for review by any Agency contacts via Control-M/Server/Control-D. The data selection for the report shall be by pay period and year, and will be sorted by database, by Department, by Agency, and by Social Security number.
The first line of the report will include the following:
- Line number
- CV
- Department
- Agency
- ID of the user that deleted the record
- Date deleted
- Time deleted
- Pass deleted
- Block
- Batch
- Sequence
- Number of times rejected prior to deletion
- Employee SSN
- T&A Error Code
The second line of the report will include the following:
- Error message description
- A break with counter subtotals at the end of each:
- Database
- Department and Agency
- Grand Total counter at the end of the report by:
- Database
- Departments and Agencies
